pepperoni loaf recipe

dough mix :
3 cups of flour
1 tbsp suger
1tsp salt
1 package Rapid Rise yeast
1 cup hot water
1 TBS softened butter

Filling mix-
1/4 cup italian dressing
pepperoni slices
1/4 cup each mozzarella and cheddar cheese
1 egg white optional


mix dough ingredients until you have a smooth ball. add extra flour if it is sticky. Rol out on a greased baking sheet.

layer filling down center of dough.

cut 1 inch wide strips along long sides of dough edges, fold strips across filling (see picture).

cover and let rise

brush with egg white if you want.

bake at 375 for 25 min. or till light brown
